While our jewelry is built for resilience, longevity depends on reasonable care. Avoiding severe abrasive surfaces, harsh industrial solvents, or intentional mechanical strain will ensure your pieces retain their pristine golden sheen.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

• We reserve the right to revise catalog prices, product availability, or promotional discounts at any time without prior announcement.
• All transactions are processed through certified, SSL-encrypted third-party payment gateways. SV Jewels never collects, views, or stores your debit/credit card numbers or net-banking passwords.

4. Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping

An order confirmation email signifies receipt of your request, not a final legal acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order volumes based on stock availability or verification requirements.

Orders are typically dispatched from our Chennai facility within 1–3 business days. Transit timelines are determined by courier partners, regional access, and delivery pin codes.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Deliveries

We inspect every chain, ring, and bracelet before packaging. If your shipment arrives damaged, missing items, or structurally flawed, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing images or videos.

• Items eligible for return or size exchange must remain unworn, in original condition, and with all protective packaging intact.
• For hygiene and custom sizing considerations, personalized jewelry or final clearance items are strictly non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand elements—including the SV Jewels name, logo mark, product designs, curated visual assets, descriptions, and site styling—are the exclusive intellectual property of SV Jewels. Any unauthorized duplication, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
