1. Order Processing & Dispatch

At SV Jewels, we handle every piece of our 100% anti-tarnish jewelry with utmost precision, ensuring your chains, rings, and bracelets are inspected and packaged securely before dispatch.

• All standard orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Each piece undergoes a final polish and clasp/finish quality check at our Chennai studio prior to sealing.
• During festive collection launches or high-volume sale events, processing may occasionally take an additional 24–48 hours.

2. Shipping Charges

We ensure transparent shipping fees with zero unexpected charges at checkout:

• Prepaid Orders: We offer free standard delivery across India on eligible prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience and verification fee may apply to COD orders depending on delivery pin codes and cart totals.
• Exact shipping and handling costs (if applicable) are computed and clearly displayed on the checkout page before final confirmation.

3. Delivery Timelines

All shipments originate from our workshop in West Mambalam, Chennai. Typical transit estimates are:

• Tamil Nadu & South India: 1–3 business days post-dispatch.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–6 business days post-dispatch.
• Remote or Special Postal Zones: 5–8 business days depending on local courier connectivity.

4. Real-Time Tracking & Shipment Updates

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed over to our logistics partner:

• You will receive an automated notification via Email and SMS/WhatsApp with your Tracking ID (AWB Number) and courier partner link.
• Tracking links activate online within 12–24 hours of initial courier scan.

5. Address Verification & Delivery Attempts

To avoid delivery delays or misplacement, please double-check your complete street address, nearby landmark, and active contact numbers during checkout:

• Courier partners attempt delivery up to three consecutive times before initiating a Return to Origin (RTO).
• If a package is returned due to incorrect contact details, inaccessible premises, or repeated refusal, re-shipping fees will apply for second dispatch.

6. Tamper-Proof Packaging & Delivery Damage

Every anti-tarnish chain, ring, and bracelet is dispatched in sealed, tamper-evident outer packaging alongside protective jewelry boxes:

• If the shipping envelope or seal appears compromised, cut, or damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery or sign the acknowledgment as "Received Damaged/Tampered".
• Take quick photos/videos and notify our support team within 24–48 hours so we can initiate a priority replacement.
